Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your Spinal Decompressor, please review the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The Spinal Decompressor must be:

  • In perfect, unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, or assembly).
  • Packaged in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.

2. Return Process

Once approved, ship the item back to us at:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs (we recommend using a tracked service).
  • Lost/damaged packages during return transit (insure if valuable).

3. Refunds

Upon inspection and approval, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used Spinal Decompressors (for hygiene reasons).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we only offer refunds (no direct exchanges).
